If we can’t see what’s happening, as in kinesiology, it’s sometimes difficult for us to grasp what is occurring – and therefore understand the nutritional testing. The Energy Ball clearly demonstrates how the human body can transfer electrical impulses, and it’s a lot of fun!

Inside the Energy Ball are a buzzer, a light, and a battery. Two separated contacts protrude from the ball. When you place one hand on each contact, your body completes the circuit – the light flashes, and the buzzer sounds. (It’s completely safe, and you don’t feel a thing!)

Instead of metal wires, it’s the human body that’s conducting electricity! Just like when you turn a flashlight on, separated contacts touch (that’s how the switch works), and the “circuit is completed” – in other words, you have joined the loop – which is what turns the light on. With the Energy Ball, it’s your body that’s completing the loop.

It becomes even more fun in a group! Because we transmit electricity so easily, several people can hold hands in a circle to “complete the loop”, causing the light to flash and the buzzer to sound. Then watch what happens when any person in the loop breaks contact by pulling their hand way – the buzzer stops, and the light turns off. People will be amazed!

All fun aside, what’s most important is to grasp the fundamentals of what’s occurring with kinesiology. At a molecular level, all matter is electrical in principle – composed of protons, neutrons, and electrons. Electrically charged matter. Every supplement is a blend of electrically charged matter, buzzing with electrical impulses, which when placed under the tongue, is transmitted and interpreted by the instinctual region of our brain, which then causes a change in muscle response through the autonomic nervous system. Muscle response testing is the basis of kinesiology, and this can be easily measured.

Even with all this complex activity occurring, kinesiology is simple to use. The muscles get stronger when you put a supplement under the tongue that’s good for you. It gets weaker when you put one under the tongue that’s not so good for you. This has been clearly proven in thousands and thousands of cases, with mountains of empirical data to support it. It’s just plain fun to get an idea of “how it works” with the Energy Ball!
